We’re looking for a Strategist to join our team, with a focus on data analysis and audience development. You’ll work on one of the biggest global brands across their entire social ecosystem turning data into stories that influence both media and creative.

WHAT YOU DO

• Collect, organise, and analyse relevant data from multiple sources to extract actionable insights and identify trends and patterns
• Create reports on organic & paid activations and identify strategic business opportunities
• Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various digital channels together with senior team
• Take ownership of audience development and segmentation, with particular focus on AI-based audience creation and optimisation
• Stay current with AI, new tools, technologies, and methodologies especially in audience targeting and data analysis for potential implementation
• Partner with creative teams to feed back on trends and performance learnings.
• Liaise with wider strategy and data team to create ongoing benchmarking and reports with  clear recommendations.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2-4 years’ experience in strategic data analysis with hands-on paid advertising expertise, ideally at a media or social agency.
• Strong planning and audience creation skills.
• Confidence with reporting, data analysis and turning numbers into compelling narratives.
• Interest in AI-based audience development and emerging technologies in data analytics
